Organization/Rules:
All players stand on a line with a starting position of slow steps in the place. When the coach says "Hop" the players start running in the place for 3 seconds. When the coach says "Hip Hop" the players make one big step back and start running to the marked line and back. When the coach says "Hop Hop" the players directly run to the marked line and back.

The players begin at the Jig Jag spot and will continue with the shown little tasks. They will do this run for 15 minutes. After a 5 minute break they will do it a second time.

After a while the coach will set the pace differently for a couple of minutes
